Police launch Bus Stop Robbery Probe in Sandown on the Isle of Wight

Were you stood at the bus stops at the junction where Victoria Road meets High Street in Sandown, on Monday at around 9.30pm? Police are investigating an attempted robbery, where one man grabbed another man and demanded money, near to the bus stops. The suspect, who had facial hair and was wearing a navy hooded top and black short, ran off empty handed. Fortunately no one was injured.
