Two police community support officers (PCSOs) in Maidstone Pcsos recover suspected stolen cycle in Maidstone. At around 11.15am on Tuesday 14 August 2018, the town centre PCSOs spotted a man with the cycle in Jubilee Square, Maidstone. They stopped the 22-year-old local man and on speaking to him suspected the bike to be stolen. A local police officer attended and arrested him on suspicion of theft, and he was later released pending further investigation. Inspector Giacomino Vail of the Maidstone Community Safety Unit said: ‘We suspect the cycle to be stolen and would be keen to hear from anybody who believes it is theirs. ‘Anyone who thinks it is their bike in the photograph should call the appeal line on 01622 604100 quoting reference YY/2198/18.’
