Sex offender loses his appeal to travel

Child sex offender Jason Leonard (37) – from Lancashire who believes that ‘if a child is old enough to talk it’s old enough to have sex’ and who wants to travel abroad to abuse children aged 12-14 years- loses appeal against sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) to control his travel.
