Fatal collision sees man in his 30s killed
Witnesses and dash cam footage are being sought by officers investigating a fatal collision near #Snodland. The collision happened at around 9.25am today (Monday 9 December) on a stretch of the A228 in Halling. It involved a blue Ford Focus which was travelling in the direction of Cuxton and a white Volvo tipper lorry, heading in the opposite direction. Officers from our Serious Collision Investigation Unit and ambulance crews attended and the driver of the Ford, a man in his 30s from the Aylesford area, was declared deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
