Teen Found Dead with Multiple Stab Wounds in Coventry

West Midlands Police have launched a murder investigation after a young man’s body was found in Coventry tonight (5 Feb).

A walker spotted the teen collapsed on grassland off Petitor Crescent, Wood End, around 7pm and called emergency services. Paramedics discovered multiple stab wounds to his torso and confirmed his death at the scene.

Crime Scene Sealed for Forensics

Detectives have sealed off the area for a detailed fingertip search and forensic probes. Efforts are underway to identify the victim and piece together what happened before the fatal attack.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dash-Cam Footage

Officers urge anyone in Petitor Crescent or Wood End this afternoon or early evening to come forward if they saw anything suspicious or any disturbances.

Those driving through the area with dash-cam footage are also asked to contact police by calling 101 or messaging via the West Midlands Police website, quoting log 2263 from 5 Feb.
