Near Miss as BMW Swerves Wildly Past Police in Swindon
Police are hunting witnesses after a silver BMW came dangerously close to hitting officers in Swindon last night (26/10).
Daring Escape on Kingswood Avenue
At around 9pm, the BMW recklessly swerved around a police car, ripped onto the pavement, sped along a grass verge, and then sped off. The officers had tried to stop the vehicle over its excessive speed but were nearly hit in the chaotic manoeuvre.
Police Seek Dashcam Footage to Crack the Case
The car was heading from Welcombe Avenue toward the junction with Lyndhurst Crescent, near a traffic calming zone. Cops urge anyone who saw the incident or caught it on CCTV or dashcam to call 101 quoting reference 54230113609.
