Man in 20s Attacked with Acid and Stabbed in Walthamstow
A young man has been viciously stabbed and sprayed with acid in a terrifying late-night assault in Walthamstow. Melted clothing belonging to the victim still lay scattered at the grim crime scene.
Police Launch Investigation After Brutal Attack
Emergency services raced to Queen Road just before 11pm on Sunday after reports of a stabbing and acid attack. The victim, a man in his 20s, was rushed to hospital with stab wounds and acid burns.
A Met Police spokesman confirmed: “Officers are investigating a stabbing at 10.40pm on Queen’s Road, Walthamstow. A substance was sprayed at the victim.”
Second Attack in Hours Amid Heightened Tensions
This chilling incident marks the second violent attack within hours and just five miles apart in London. It comes despite a Section 60 order already in place in Waltham Forest following an earlier stabbing.
The victim’s condition is not life-threatening, with the Section 60 order extending until 6pm Monday evening.
