Armed Police called to Police incident in Hardwick Way Hove

Armed Police have been seen deploying  on  Hardwick Way, Hove this morning following a concerns for welfare after man threaten to self harm. Police and the West Sussex fire service have both been called to the incident.   Armed Police called to Police incident in Hardwick Way Hove A Police negotiator is engaging with the man who has revel he has cans of fuel with a property. Firefighters have deployed a number of hose reels that have been primed and charged ready for use.   Sussex Police said “Officers were called to a property involving a man  he has made threats to self-harm inside the property. A spokesman for the force said: “Officers, including armed officers, were called to the scene at 9.46am following a report of a disturbance at the house. It is not believed that there is anybody else in the house and a specialist negotiator is engaging with the man.
