Tragic Hackney Crash: Motorcyclist Dies After Collision
Police are hunting for witnesses and dashcam footage after a deadly smash in Hackney.
Deadly Crash on Pembury Road
Officers were called at 8.26am on Friday, 17 April, following a collision between a Mercedes and a motorcycle on Pembury Road, E5.
London Ambulance Service rushed to the scene. The motorcyclist, a 35-year-old man, was treated on-site before being rushed to a central London hospital. Tragically, he was pronounced dead shortly after.
Investigation Underway, Driver Cooperating
His next of kin have been informed. No arrests have been made yet as police continue their enquiries.
The Mercedes driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating fully with police.
