Drug Gang Boss Nabbed in Warrington Sting
A 55-year-old man was arrested this morning in Warrington by the National Crime Agency, backed by the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit. He’s suspected of conspiracy to supply and import class-A drugs, money laundering, and running an organised crime ring.
Multiple Arrests in Major Drug Raid
On June 18, five men were hauled in during raids across Wirral, Wallasey, and Deeside. A woman was also detained later that day. All suspects remain on bail as the investigation continues.
Luxury Cars, Rolexes, and £5k Cash Seized
Authorities uncovered a stash of high-value assets during June’s probe, including a Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, two Rolex watches, and roughly £5,000 in cash. The gang allegedly used legitimate haulage firms to ship generators to the Netherlands.
These generators were then shipped back to UK addresses, stuffed with hidden heroin and cocaine. The sophisticated smuggling operation exploited freight forwarding companies to dodge suspicion.
