Teen Victim Targeted by Two Men

At around 6.30pm on Thursday, 15 October, a 16-year-old boy was with friends when two unknown men approached him. One grabbed the youth, stole his gold ring, and the other nicked his trainers – only to hand them back shortly after.

Violence Ordered by Suspects

The pair then forced another teen to punch the victim multiple times, threatening more violence if he refused.

Description and Police Appeal

  • Suspect One: White male, dark blond hair, wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, grey jumper, and black trainers.
  • Suspect Two: White male with a small ponytail, black puffer jacket with fur-lined hood, grey tracksuit top and bottoms.

Both fled towards Haywards Heath railway station.

Arrests Made, But Inquiry Continues

A 21-year-old man from Chichester and a 24-year-old from Haywards Heath have been arrested on suspicion of robbery. Both are on conditional bail until mid-November as police probe further.
