Police were called at 9.45am on Tuesday, 28 September to Burford Road, SE6, where they found Arthur suffering from stab wounds.
Victim Dies Despite Paramedics’ Efforts
Paramedics raced to the scene but could not save Arthur, who died at the location.

Frank Samuel is set to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 30 September.
