Swindon Shakes: Violent Brawl Erupts at Dawn
Chaos hit Swindon in the early hours of November 29 as a gang of around 10 men erupted into a brutal street fight. Wiltshire Police have swooped with three arrests but warn more suspects and witnesses are still out there.
Weapons Wielded in Morning Melee
Officers rushed to the scene at 5:25am after reports of a violent scrap near Victoria Road and Albert Road. Witnesses revealed weapons were snatched from a white BMW that roared off down Victoria Hill, before stopping at Prospect Place.
Three Arrested, Investigation Far from Over
The cops detained three men aged 21, 24, and 35, all held on suspicion of affray. Although released on bail, Wiltshire Police say the probe is ongoing and more troublemakers could be in the mix.
“We believe there are still victims and suspects involved in this incident who we are yet to identify,” said PC Partl. “If you have any information relating to this incident, we want to hear from you.”
