The woman who died in a crash on the A1303 near Stow Cum Quy on Friday (10 June) has been identified. Holly Lucas, 24, of Park Avenue, Newmarket, was driving a blue Toyota Yaris when it collided with a silver Honda Accord at 5.19 p.m., near the intersection with Little Wilbraham Road. Mrs Lucas died at the scene despite the presence of paramedics. A 32-year-old man from Ilford, Essex, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs. He was released on bail until August 19th.
