Police Launch Investigation After  Three-year-old Girl Was Bitten By A Dog While Playing In A Park In Carlisle

 

On June 8, around 7.25 p.m., the child was playing in a park near Parkland Drive. In the park was a woman with blonde hair and a spaniel with a black and white-tipped tail. The dog was not wearing a lead according to reports. It approached the child and bit her.

There were no serious injuries.
