Teen Stabbed in Broad Daylight on High Road
At 2.15pm this Saturday afternoon, police rushed to High Road after reports of a brutal assault. Officers and paramedics found a man in his late teens bleeding heavily from stab wounds.
Bystanders Rally to Save Teen’s Life
A crowd quickly gathered around the injured teen, who was “bleeding from the injury and from the mouth,” according to a worker at Milano Pizza on High Road. Staff and locals sprang into action trying to save him.
“I had just returned to the shop when he went next door and said ‘help me’ before falling to the ground,” said Abdullah, a pizza parlour employee. “He was severely bleeding.”
“I ran to another shop to get clothes to stop the bleeding,” Abdullah added.
Horrific Scene as Blood Pours Out
Witnesses described the scene as chaotic and terrifying. One said: “There was a large crowd of people trying to save him because he was bleeding profusely.” Attempts to save the youth went on for about ten minutes while blood covered the area.
Sadly, it’s believed the teen may have died before police arrived on the scene.
Police Investigate Stabbing on High Road
A Met Police spokesperson confirmed officers were called at 2.15pm on Saturday, August 6, to reports of an assault in E11. The victim was found with multiple stab wounds. London Ambulance Service also attended the incident.
Police investigations are ongoing as they seek those responsible for this violent stabbing.
