Four Arrested After Shocking Homerton Road Murder
Police have arrested three men aged 37, 45, and 52 on suspicion of murder. All three remain in custody as detectives continue their questioning.
A 30-year-old man is also held on suspicion of assisting an offender and is being questioned by officers.
Injured Man Hospitalised
A 36-year-old man who suffered serious injuries during the incident is currently receiving treatment in hospital.
The victim found dead at the Homerton Road address has yet to be formally identified. Specialist Family Liaison Officers are supporting his loved ones during this tragic time. Our thoughts are with the family.
Cleveland Police Hunt Witnesses to Murder
The Homicide and Major Enquiry Team (HMET) is leading the ongoing investigation. Officers are keen to speak with anyone who witnessed suspicious activity on Homerton Road or nearby areas during the early hours and throughout Friday.
