Girl, 51, Vanished Without a Trace: Police Arrest Hope After a Decade
Lisa Pour, who would have turned 51 this month, disappeared on January 16, 2013. Despite a decade of thorough police investigations, her fate remains a mystery.
Family Fear the Worst as Homicide Squad Takes Over
Lisa, a devoted mother of three and close to her parents, has had no contact since her disappearance. Detectives now believe she has come to harm. The case has been handed over to the Met’s Specialist Crime Command homicide detectives.
Detective Chief Inspector Neil Rawlinson said: “Lisa was a mother of three children that she adored. She maintained a close relationship with her parents. Although her lifestyle was somewhat chaotic, she would never have cut off contact with her family.”
Last Seen in Camden and Brent: Clues Go Cold
Lisa stood about 5ft 2ins, slim, with dark hair. She often frequented Camden and Brent. She was known to be staying in a flat on Kilburn High Road, a hotspot for drug users. Police have investigated numerous leads from acquaintances connected to that flat, but all have turned up only rumours — no hard evidence.
Family Plea: “Someone Knows What Happened”
DCI Rawlinson urged: “Every day Lisa’s family hopes she will walk through the door. Now, after all this time, we appeal to anyone with information to come forward. You can contact us directly or anonymously through Crimestoppers. Please make that call.”
Lisa’s father, Reza Pour, said: “Lisa’s absence has been a daily struggle. The thought that her final moments were full of fear and pain is unbearable. Someone, somewhere, knows what happened to Lisa. Please come forward so we can find justice and lay her to rest properly.”
