Deadly Collision on Goodmayes Road

London police are probing a fatal crash in Redbridge that claimed the life of a 45-year-old pedestrian. The horror unfolded on Monday, August 7, around 4.30pm on Goodmayes Road, Ilford, when a lorry struck the man.

Rapid Emergency Response

Emergency crews including the London Ambulance Service and Air Ambulance rushed to the scene. Despite desperate attempts to save him, the victim died in hospital. His next of kin have been informed.

Driver Cooperates, No Arrests Yet

The lorry driver stayed at the scene and is fully cooperating with police. So far, no arrests have been made.
