Stabbing Tragedy in Harrow Leaves One Dead, Two Injured
Police rushed to Wellesley Road, Harrow, at 7.13pm on Wednesday, 9 August after reports of a stabbing sent shockwaves through the community. Paramedics from London Ambulance Service also attended the scene.
Officers found two men with stab wounds. Tragically, one was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim was treated by paramedics and taken to hospital, though his condition remains unconfirmed.
Third Man Hospitalised, Two Arrests Made
Nearby, a third man with stab injuries was found and taken to hospital. Police have confirmed his condition is not life-threatening.
Two men have since been arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in custody.
Police Appeal for Witnesses as Investigation Continues
Superintendent Matt Cray said: “This is a devastating incident and my thoughts are with the family of the man who was killed. We are in the early stages of our investigation but there is no wider risk to the Harrow community. Officers will remain in the area over the coming days to respond to any concerns you may have.”
A crime scene remains in place as detectives continue their enquiries.
