NHS Sussex Chief Medical Officer Speaks Out
Dr Dinesh Sinha, NHS Sussex Chief Medical Officer, said: “Patient safety is our absolute priority. We’ve worked across health and care services to minimise any disruption caused by the strike.”
He added: “Despite industrial action, people should still seek NHS help if they need it. Services remain available to ensure patients get the best care.”
Dr Sinha also announced that some patients will be contacted to reschedule appointments. “If you have an appointment and haven’t heard from us, please attend as planned to avoid delaying your care,” he urged.
