Essex Police are on high alert after an armed robbery at a service station on Cambridge Road, Stansted, late on Wednesday, 27 September. The brazen raid happened just after 10.30pm BST.

Two suspects stormed the garage, threatening staff with a firearm and a knife. They grabbed cigarettes and alcohol before fleeing the scene. Despite the violent ordeal, no arrests have been made yet. Police are tirelessly investigating.
