Inspector Issues Theft Warning

Inspector Ian Jones from Tunbridge Wells Community Safety unit urged motorists to stay sharp. He said: “While our officers regularly patrol town centres and car parks, it’s vital drivers don’t make life easy for thieves.”

He added: “Always double-check your car locks and confirm remote locking has activated. Wherever possible, remove valuables from your vehicle and mark belongings with security tags to deter thieves and make stolen goods harder to flog.”
