Meal-Delivery Worker Jailed for Sickening Abuse of 93-Year-Old
Frank Greco, 59, has been slammed with a 20-year sentence at Swindon Crown Court for the horrific sexual abuse of a vulnerable 93-year-old woman in his care. Thanks to his guilty plea, he will serve 14 years and four months behind bars, followed by nearly six years on licence.
Grotesque Abuse Caught on CCTV
Greco’s crimes came to light after CCTV footage installed in the victim’s home revealed his horrifying actions in March and April 2022. The victim’s son raised the alarm after seeing suspicious footage, prompting an immediate Wiltshire Police investigation.
Greco, who was employed to deliver meals to the elderly, initially denied all charges. But faced with damning evidence, he finally admitted to attempted rape, assault by penetration, and five counts of sexual assault.
Betrayal of the Most Vulnerable
The victim, suffering from dementia, was unable to report the abuse herself, making Greco’s actions even more despicable. Detective Inspector Rachel Hardy condemned the offences as “the ultimate betrayal of trust,” highlighting the devastating impact on both the victim and her family.
Greco has been branded a dangerous offender, placed on the sex offenders’ register, and slapped with a sexual harm prevention order.
