Two Dead and Two Hurt After Shropshire Crash with Police CSI Vehicle
A grim morning on the A458 in Shropshire turned deadly when a crime scene investigation (CSI) vehicle collided with a Skoda Octavia. Two people are confirmed dead, and two others seriously injured.
Crash Details: Who Was Involved?
- The smash happened around 10:15 am today.
- The Skoda driver, a man in his 60s, and his female passenger in her 50s died at the scene some 45 minutes later.
- A younger female passenger in her 20s suffered minor injuries.
- The CSI vehicle driver, a police officer, was seriously hurt and rushed to a Birmingham hospital.

- West Mercia Police confirmed the CSI vehicle was NOT responding to an emergency when the crash happened.
