Two Teens Arrested Over Wolverhampton Dad’s Murder
Detectives have made a major breakthrough in the murder of Deavon Harrison, a father of seven who was shot dead in Wolverhampton. Overnight, police arrested two teenagers aged 19 and 16 in the city. Both are now in custody and will be questioned over the killing.
Gunshot Tragedy on Dunstall Hill
Deavon, 46, was found critically injured at a home on Dunstall Hill just before 1am on December 30. Despite desperate attempts to save him, he died from a gunshot wound to the chest, a post-mortem confirmed.
Investigation Continues—Woman Charged
A woman has already been charged in connection with Deavon’s murder, signalling progress in the case. Detective Chief Inspector Laura Harrison said, “We are making good progress with our investigation and are continuing to support Deavon’s family. It’s still really important that anyone with information who has not yet been in touch speaks to us, so we can build the clearest picture possible of what happened.”
