Kwame Bennett was reported missing on Tuesday 16 January 2024.
He is described as being five feet and seven inches tall, of slim build with short braided hair. Officers do not know what he is wearing but he often uses a durag head covering.
Detective Inspector Scott Relf said: ‘Kwame is thought to have been in the Gillingham area on Sunday 28 January and we have been completing enquiries to locate him. We are concerned for his welfare and appealing to anyone who sees him or knows where he may be, to contact us.
He has connections to the Medway and London areas. Anyone with information should call 999, quoting reference 16-0789.
