County Lines Kingpin Locked Up for Six Years
Christopher Flynn, 35, from Woolfall Heath Avenue, Huyton, Merseyside, has been slapped with a six-year jail sentence. The Liverpool Crown Court sentenced him after he pleaded guilty to supplying Class A drugs — crack cocaine and heroin — as part of a ruthless County Lines operation.
Operation Toxic Cracks Down on “Scouse Jay Jay” Drug Line
Flynn’s arrest came after a relentless probe by Operation Toxic, part of Merseyside Police’s Project Medusa. This force targets County Lines drug dealers and child criminal exploitation nationwide. Investigators linked Flynn to the infamous “Scouse Jay Jay” drug line, which pumped crack cocaine and heroin into Chorley, Lancashire.
Raid in Huyton Leads to Arrest and Conviction
In February 2023, police raided Flynn’s home in Huyton, resulting in his arrest. He was charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs. Detective Inspector Gary Stratton hailed the conviction, stating: “We have removed another 123 to safeguarding our neighbourhoods.”
