Outgoing Mayor Rosy Raines Bids Farewell

Outgoing Mayor Councillor Rosy Raines passed best wishes to her successor. Reflecting on her tenure, she expressed deep gratitude to her charity, the RNLI, and to everyone who supported her, including colleagues, family, friends, and residents of Hayling East Ward.

“It was a huge honour and a great pleasure to represent the residents of the Havant borough,” said Councillor Raines. “To meet so many residents; to be the King’s representative; and to make a difference – and hopefully bring a smile too.”

With Peter Wade back at the helm, Havant looks set for a year of strong leadership, community spirit, and positive progress.
