Man Sprayed in Eye with Chemical After Bromley Pub Chase
A shocking attack erupted in Bromley yesterday afternoon as a man was chased from a local pub before having a chemical substance sprayed into his eyes.

The incident unfolded around 4:15pm near Walpole Road on Chatterton Road, prompting a swift emergency response. Firefighters, police, and ambulance crews arrived to find a man in his 40s injured in the eye.
He was treated immediately at the scene before being rushed to hospital. Authorities confirmed his injuries are not life-threatening.
Police Launch Crime Scene Investigation
A crime scene was quickly set up to aid forensic detectives as fire crews wrapped up their support shortly after 5pm. Two fire engines and around ten firefighters attended the chaotic scene.
While no arrests have been made yet, the Metropolitan Police are actively investigating. A spokesperson said the victim was believed to have been pursued by a group of men from a nearby pub before the assault with the chemical.
