Shots Fired at Group of Boys in SW9 Street
Police rushed to Adelaide Close, SW9, at 9.24pm on Wednesday, 17 July after reports of a gunshot.
Bullet Casing Found, No Injuries Reported
Officers discovered a single bullet shell at the scene. Witnesses say a man in a car fired a handgun at a group of boys hanging out on the street. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
Investigation Underway, No Arrests Yet
So far, no arrests have been made. Detectives are actively investigating the incident.
Detective Inspector Raymond Sekalongo from Trident said: “We want to reassure the public that our investigation is progressing as we work to identify those responsible for this firearm discharge. We take gun crime very seriously and will use every resource to keep the public safe.”
