Seven Sisters Station Shuts Down After Stabbing

Chaos erupted at Seven Sisters station this morning after a serious stabbing sparked a huge police response. The North London transport hub was slammed shut as emergency crews scrambled to the scene, leaving commuters stranded and services disrupted.

Blue Tent Erected as Police Launch Major Investigation

Reports say the stabbing happened early Tuesday, prompting swift action from the Metropolitan Police and British Transport Police. The station and surrounding area were quickly cordoned off. A blue tent was set up near the station as paramedics and London’s Air Ambulance rushed in to tend to the victim.

“Our officers are working closely with the Met to respond to this incident. We ask the public to avoid the area to let emergency teams do their jobs,” said a British Transport Police spokesperson.

Victim Hospitalised with Life-Threatening Injuries

The London Ambulance Service confirmed they were called at 8:48am and dispatched multiple crews, including a fast-response car and Air Ambulance. Medics treated a man at the scene before rushing him to a major trauma centre.

“Our crews arrived within two minutes and provided immediate lifesaving care,” said a service spokesperson.

Two Women Arrested as Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

Two females have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. One faces additional charges of common assault. They remain in custody as police continue their investigation.
