Wiltshire Police are urging witnesses to come forward following an assault that occurred in the Eldene neighbourhood of Swindon. The incident, which took place in the Stubsmead area, left a woman with injuries to her neck and chest.
The assault happened on July 10, between 4:15 pm and 5:30 pm. Reports suggest that a man attempted to intervene during the incident, and police are keen to speak to him as part of their investigation.
Following the assault, a man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of common assault. He has since been released on bail as investigations continue.
