Police in New York have launched a manhunt for a sex attacker who kidnapped a nine year child.

On Thursday, August 29, 2024, at approximately 7:21 p.m. local time, a nine-year-old girl was abducted near 213 Street and Jamaica Avenue in Queens. The suspect, described as a male with a dark complexion and heavy build, approached the young victim and forced her into his vehicle, a brown Honda Civic Sedan, before fleeing the scene.

After abducting the girl, the suspect forced her to perform a lewd act inside the vehicle before returning her to the original location. He then drove away in the same vehicle. At the time of the incident, the suspect was last seen wearing a blue MTA hat, clear glasses, a pink shirt, and blue jeans.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded quickly to the scene and provided immediate care to the victim. She was then transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment.

The New York Police Department (NYPD) is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect and his vehicle. Anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.
