Knife Attack Sparks Emergency Response
A man was stabbed near the Lidl supermarket car park on Ripple Road, Barking, yesterday evening (August 29). Emergency services swarmed the scene after being alerted to the violent attack.
Paramedics and Air Ambulance Race to Scene
The London Ambulance Service received the 7:41 PM call and dispatched ambulance crews along with an incident response officer. Due to the man’s serious injuries, London’s Air Ambulance was also scrambled to provide lifesaving treatment.
Critical Condition as Police Launch Investigation
The victim, found with severe wounds, was quickly taken to a major trauma centre. A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service confirmed the swift deployment of multiple resources, including the air ambulance charity team that attends to London’s most critical patients.
