Kent Police Launch Fresh Appeal in Search for Missing Man Regan Phillips

Kent Police are hunting 25-year-old Regan Phillips, last spotted near the junction of Knight Road and Priory Road, Strood, around 11:40pm on Friday, October 18, 2024.
Regan is described as a white male, about 5ft 7ins tall, with short brown hair and distinctive goatee stubble. At the time he vanished, he was wearing a long-sleeved navy blue shirt, dark grey trousers, and brown shoes.
Dashcam and CCTV Footage Vital
The force has urged local residents, motorists, and businesses to review any dashcam or CCTV footage from the area that night. Officers believe this video evidence could be crucial in tracking Regan’s movements and locating him.
