15-Year-Old Boy Stabbed in Surrey Quays Horror Attack
A 15-year-old boy was stabbed in Surrey Quays last night and rushed to hospital. Police and paramedics were scrambled to Quebec Way at 9:16 pm on Tuesday, September 3, following reports of the stabbing.
Non-Life-Threatening Injuries, No Arrests Yet
The teen received treatment at the scene before being taken to a major trauma centre. Thankfully, his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. So far, no suspects have been arrested and police inquiries continue.
Police and Emergency Services Act Fast
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Officers, the London Ambulance Service, and London’s Air Ambulance attended the scene and found a 15-year-old boy suffering stab injuries. He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No arrests have been made. Enquiries continue.”
The London Ambulance Service added: “We were called at 9:18 pm and dispatched an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer, and London’s Air Ambulance. Our first crew arrived within five minutes. The teenager was treated on scene and then driven to a major trauma centre.”
