Layla is described as having short blonde hair and blue eyes. The public is asked to remain vigilant and report any sightings of the infant or her father.
Merseyside Police are urging anyone who spots Layla or Clifford Wheeler to immediately call 999. Additionally, those with any information regarding their whereabouts can submit tips through the Merseyside Police website or by contacting the non-emergency number 101, quoting incident reference 1234 of September 6, 2024.
