A woman and a child were rushed to a major trauma center following a road traffic collision in Peckham on the evening of January 19.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident at the junction of Queens Road and Lausanne Road at 9:24 pm. The London Ambulance Service confirmed that the first ambulance crew arrived at the scene within six minutes of the call.
Emergency Response
Paramedics provided immediate treatment to the injured pair at the scene before transferring them to a major trauma center for further care.
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said:
“We were called at 21.24 pm yesterday (Sunday 19 January) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Queens Road and Lausanne Road, SE15.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews. The first of our crews arrived in six minutes.
“Our crews treated a woman and child at the scene before taking them to a London major trauma center as a priority.”
