Gunpoint Robbery Shakes Woolwich: Police Hunt Three Men After Car and Phone Stolen

Armed Thugs Strike in Broad Daylight

Police are hunting three men who threatened a man with a handgun during a brazen robbery in Woolwich on Sunday evening, April 27.

The victim was approached around 8.24pm on Arsenal Way, SE18, when the trio pulled a firearm on him before ripping off his car and mobile phone.

Armed Response Officers Launch Search

Armed police rushed to the scene and scoured the area for the suspects. Despite the swift response, no arrests have been made yet. Investigations are ongoing.

Call for Witnesses

A Met Police spokesperson urged, “We are conducting a thorough investigation and urge anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have dashcam or CCTV footage from the area, to come forward.”
