Police are urgently appealing for information to help find Phoebe, a 15-year-old girl missing from Hull.
Phoebe was last seen around 7.55pm on Wednesday, 30 April 2025, in the Preston Road area. Authorities have expressed concern for her welfare and are asking the public to assist in locating her.
Phoebe is described as being around 5’2″ tall with blonde and purple hair. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing:
- A black hoody zip-up jacket
- A black Rock Band t-shirt
- Black Adidas sliders
- Carrying a black handbag
