Appeal for Dashcam and CCTV After Burglary at Faversham Construction Site

Kent Police are appealing for witnesses, dashcam footage, and private CCTV following a burglary at a construction site in Faversham earlier this week.

The incident occurred on Love Lane between 5.30pm on Monday, 19 May and 7am on Tuesday, 20 May. During this time, offenders reportedly caused damage to the site’s perimeter fencing and stole a large quantity of power tools and batteries.

Investigating officer PC Niamh Miller said:

“The property was likely removed from the location using a vehicle, and we are appealing to motorists with dashcams and residents with private CCTV systems to check for any footage that could help with our investigation.”

The site was unattended overnight, and the burglary is believed to have occurred under cover of darkness.
