Man in 50s Seriously Injured in Horror Three-Vehicle Smash on A2 Near Dartford
Crash Details: High-Speed Havoc on the A2
A man in his 50s was left fighting for his life after a shocking three-vehicle collision on the A2 coastbound near Dartford on Thursday afternoon, 13 June.
The crash happened around 4:30pm between junction 2 of the M25 and Old Bexley Lane. Emergency crews rushed to the scene where a black Triumph motorcycle, an orange KTM 360 motorcycle, and a green Mini Cooper had collided.
Police confirmed the Triumph rider sustained serious injuries and remains hospitalized. The second biker, a man in his 30s, is stable but shaken.
Police Launch Urgent Appeal for Witnesses
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is eager to hear from anyone who saw the crash or the motorcycles prior to the smash.
“Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward,” said a spokesperson.
Investigators especially want information on the two bikes before the collision.

Traffic Chaos After Crash
The smash caused major delays during the evening rush hour. Traffic was diverted while emergency crews battled to clear the scene and tend to the injured.
