Emergency services have responded to a serious incident at Victoria Underground Station, where a passenger became trapped between a train and the platform on the eastbound District Line.
The incident occurred at the busy central London interchange at Terminus Place, , shortly after 4:00pm. The platform was immediately closed as London Fire Brigade, British Transport Police" href="https://www.btp.police.uk/" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="125496">British Transport Police, and TfL response units rushed to the scene.
Emergency Response Underway
Firefighters and paramedics are on-site working to free the trapped individual. The extent of the injuries remains unknown at this stage.
