Man Stabbed in Face in Shocking Beckenham High Street Attack
Stabbing Horror on Beckenham High Street
A man in his 40s was rushed to hospital with stab wounds to his face after a brutal attack late on Saturday night in Beckenham High Street. The victim managed to stumble to nearby croydon/" title="Croydon" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Croydon Road before bystanders raised the alarm.
Police were called at 11:02pm on 3 August to Croydon Road, bromley/" title="Bromley" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Bromley, after members of the public found the injured man. Emergency services quickly arrived, and the victim was taken to hospital, where his injuries were confirmed as non-life-threatening.
Police Launch Full Investigation
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said:
“Police were called at 11.02pm to Croydon Road, Bromley, after members of the public assisted a man with stab wounds to the face. The incident had allegedly occurred on Beckenham High Street.
When officers arrived, they alerted the London Ambulance Service. The man, in his 40s, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.”
Police Appeal for Witnesses and CCTV Footage
Detectives are hunting for anyone who saw the stabbing or has CCTV or dashcam footage to help crack the case. Witnesses are urged to come forward urgently.
