Three Hurt After Audi Crashes Into Lamp Post on A1 in Barnet
Three men were rushed to hospital after their Audi smashed into a lamp post on the A1 in Barnet. The crash happened just after 9.30pm on Monday, January 13, leaving the trio with serious injuries.
Collision Shuts Down Busy A1 Strip
The dark-coloured Audi collided with a lamp post on the southbound A1 between 1 Corner and Apex Corner. Emergency crews swiftly closed the road to deal with the crash but have since reopened it.
Injuries Serious But Not Life-Threatening
All three occupants, men in their 20s, were taken to hospital. While none are believed to have life-threatening injuries, one passenger may face life-changing consequences.
Police Hunting for Dash Cam Footage
Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are probing whether other vehicles were involved. They urge anyone with dash cam footage or who witnessed the smash to get in touch.
