Bathroom Blaze Sparks Panic in Tonbridge Home

Kent Fire and Rescue Service rushed to a bathroom fire at a house in Falmouth Place, Five Oak Green, Tonbridge. Two fire engines sped to the scene as flames broke out.

Firefighters Battle Smoke and Flames

Crews donned breathing apparatus and blasted the fire with hose reel jets. They then used a high-powered fan to clear thick smoke from the property.

One Treated for Smoke Inhalation

One person was checked on site as a precaution after suspected smoke inhalation. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported.

Electrical Fault Blamed for Fire

The blaze is believed to have started accidentally due to an electrical fault in the bathroom. Firefighters have warned residents to stay vigilant.
