Man Plunges From Third-Floor Window During Routine Police Visit in Folkestone

A man was seriously hurt after falling—or possibly jumping—from a third-floor window at Lennard Court, Folkestone. Police had arrived for a “routine enquiry” at around 6pm on Friday when the shocking incident happened.

Airlifted to London Hospital

Emergency services quickly airlifted the man to a London hospital for urgent treatment. His condition remains serious.

Police Investigation Underway

Kent Police have referred the case to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC). The inquiry will explore the circumstances surrounding the fall and the police’s involvement.
