Kent Fire and Rescue Service rushed to the scene of a huge vehicle blaze on the A2 between Shorne and Cobham. Five fire engines, a bulk water carrier, and a specialist height vehicle were deployed to tackle the inferno.
Firefighters Battle Flames with Specialist Gear
The brave crews donned breathing apparatus and used high-pressure hose reel jets to snuff out the fire. Despite the dramatic blaze, there were no reported injuries.
Cause Still Unknown as Traffic Officers Assist
National Highways traffic officers joined the firefighting efforts to manage the scene. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
