Sword-Wielding Family Duo Jailed in Farnborough
Two family members have been slammed behind bars after police caught them carrying swords in Farnborough. On October 2, officers rushed to Burns Close following reports that two men were brandishing blades.
Fortunately, nobody was injured and the weapons were not used. Police quickly tracked down the suspects at a different address in town and arrested them both.
Teech and Nephew Jermaine Nabbed with Blades
- Teech Rusike, 28, of Chaucer Road, was charged with possession of a knife or sharp pointed article in public, plus a Class B drug offence.
- Jermaine Rusike, 20, from Montgomery Road, faced charges for possessing a knife or sharp pointed article in a public place.
Quick Guilty Pleas Result in Jail Time
Both men pleaded guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on November 11.
Teech was sentenced to eight months inside, while Jermaine received six months behind bars.
The rapid crackdown makes it clear: Farnborough’s streets are no place for weapons.
